Sturdee Residences is a brand new city fringe development located at the intersection of Sturdee road and Beatty Road, District 08. Sturdee Residences will be standing at 30-storey tall comprising of only about 300 odd units. With its generous land size, it may well be considered a mid to low-density development in the city fringe. The Sturdee Residences TOP date is expected to be around end of year 2019, this will be a perfect timing as residents will be in time to enjoy the convenience from future Bendemeer MRT.
