In terms of connectivity, it is a short 450m walking distance to the Queenstown MRT (on the East-West Line). If not, the development is only a short drive away from the Ayer Rajah Expressway, which is convenient to get to other parts of Singapore.

For dining, shopping and entertainment options, it is close to Mei Ling Market & Food Centre, Queensway Shopping Centre, IKEA Alexandra and Alexandra Central. If not, Holland Village, Vivo City, Sentosa, Southern Ridges, Botanic Gardens and Demsey Hill are also a short distance away.
For work, the train would provide direct services to CBD/ Financial Centre, Bouna Vista (Metropolis & Biopolis) and Jurong 2nd CBD. Other nearby business parks would include Mapletree Business City, One-North sub-regional centre and Science Park.

For education, there are nearby schools such as Queenstown Primary School, Queenstown Secondary School, Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), Global Indian International School (GIIS) and Anglo-Chinese School (International). If not, the development is only a short distance away from the Dover and Kent Ridge Education hub, where there are secondary schools, Anglo-Chinese Junior College, Singapore Polyechnic, National University of Singapore, Insead Business School, United World College (Dover Campus) and many more. Hence, this is a locale well suited for people of all ages and diverse nationalities.

This shall be an exciting upcoming development, while more updates on this project would be given. Refer to Stirling Residences for more information.
